Directions for Use
Cerum 7™ comes in a patented easy to use bottle. Cerum 7™ does not need refrigeration, you can carry it with you in your purse or briefcase but keep it out of direct heat or sunlight. If you have several bottles, it is always good idea to refrigerate or keep cool any nutritional for long term storage.
Directions for use: MEASURE YOURSELF FIRST then
SHAKE WELL before using (the herbs will settle in the bottom so shake for 3 to 5 seconds before using.
To take Cerum 7™, simply squeeze the bottle to fill the drinking chamber to the proper level. Both the 1/4 ounce and the 1/2 ounce level are clearly marked on the drinking chamber.
Take 2 or 3 times per day before meals. Cerum 7™ is best taken before breakfast and lunch. If you are 180 pounds or less, take 1/4 ounce per serving, if you weigh more than 180 pounds, take 1/2 ounce per serving.
You can drink it straight from the bottle and get the exact dosage each time.
Most feel less appetite in 1-3 days. The Fat blocker herb may cause unabsorbed fat to appear in your stool. Don’t worry, that’s just less fat that stays on you.
Keep from heat but refrigeration not necessary but advised for long term storage if you have multiple bottles.
Consult your physician before taking if you have a medical condition or taking medication. Do not take while pregnant or nursing. For adults 18+ only.
